Most small businesses in India already run on WhatsApp. Orders, bookings, price questions and complaints all arrive in the same thread, and the owner answers every one by hand, often after closing.
The usual fix is a dashboard: a web app with a flow builder, a canvas of arrows, and a weekend of learning. We think that is the wrong shape. If the work happens in chat, the tool should live in chat.
So Botsmith has no dashboard. You describe your shop in a message, it builds a bot, and you change it by saying what you want changed. The only browser step is Meta's own window to connect your number — and your card stays on your own WhatsApp Business Account, so message charges go from Meta to you with nothing added by us.

The WhatsApp Business Account is yours. Leave and keep your number, your customers and your history.
Consent before reach
Marketing needs opt-in, STOP always works, and we would rather lose a sale than help send spam.
