You do not need any of this. Building a bot in chat takes about twenty minutes and every plan includes it. These are for owners who would rather spend that time on the shop — or who want a second pair of hands on something specific.

Done-for-you setup

Live training

Managed service

₹2,999 a month, on top of your plan

We run it for you and keep it current.

  • Menu, price and hours changes within one working day

Prices exclude GST. Services are billed by Botsmith and appear on your Botsmith invoice — they are separate from Meta's message charges.

How it works.

  1. Ask us

    Email or call and say which service you want. We confirm scope and price before anything is booked.

  2. Pick a time

    We send available slots. Sessions are on a video call with screen share, in English.

  3. You own it afterwards

    Everything we build lives in your account, editable in plain language, whether or not you buy anything again.

What we do not do.

  • We do not write your menu or your prices. We set up what you give us.

  • We do not take over your WhatsApp Business Account. It stays yours; we work inside your bot.

  • We do not run ads or manage your customer replies. Handoff goes to your staff, not to us — unless you buy the managed service, and even then a named person only drafts, you approve.

  • We do not resell Meta’s messages. Meta bills you directly, on services work too.

Questions about services.

Can I buy a service without a paid plan?

No. Services build and change a live bot, so you need an active trial or plan first. If you are on the 14-day trial, setup can happen during it.

How soon can you start?

Usually within two working days. Tell us in chat if it is urgent and we will say honestly whether we can do it sooner.

What if I want a change after the setup call?

Small corrections in the first week are included — just ask us. After that, changes are yours to make in chat, or you can book training or the managed service.

Do you refund services?

If we have not started, yes, in full. Once a session has happened it is not refundable, because the time is spent. The managed service can be cancelled before any month begins.
