Prices exclude GST. Indian customers pay 18%; your invoice carries our GSTIN so you can claim input credit. Limits are set per account and can be raised — ask us.

Founding-member pricing. The first 500 businesses keep the price they sign up at for 12 months, on any plan. If we raise prices, yours does not move until then.

Botsmith's share of the Meta line: nothing. We are a Meta Tech Provider, so your card sits on your account and Meta bills you directly. We never mark up, resell or bundle message costs.

Plan questions

Do I need a card to start the trial?
Yes. You add a payment method — a UPI AutoPay mandate or a card — when you sign up, and nothing is charged for 14 days. We tell you in chat before the first charge. Cancel during the trial and you pay nothing.
What happens on day 15?
You move to Starter at ₹499 a month unless you pick Growth or Business first. Your bot keeps running either way. If Starter's limits are tighter than what you built during the trial, we tell you what will change before it changes.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. There is a 30-day money-back guarantee on your first payment — tell us, by email or in chat once you are using Botsmith, and we refund it. Within the first 7 days, if you have not published a bot yet, we refund the unused part of any plan pro rata.
Can I change plan later?
Any time, in chat. Upgrades apply immediately and we charge the difference pro rata. Downgrades apply at your next renewal so you keep what you paid for.
What if a payment fails?
Your bots keep running through a 7-day grace period and we tell you in chat. After that the bot pauses — it stops answering customers, but nothing is deleted. Pay and it resumes exactly as it was.
What does yearly billing change?
You pay for 10 months instead of 12 and the price is locked for the year. Everything else is identical.
